So my mom went to this salon, to try a new style and she even took a pic so the lady(Karen) can have an idea, staff was friendly but when it comes to cutting hair don’t do it. So she does the deep conditioning treatment and then her hair was wet and she started cutting it. Everything started of good cause my mom wanted layers, so once they blow dried her hair, she asked my mom if she liked it and she told them she didnt so she calls Raquel. Raquel starts cutting her hair but doesn’t even asks what my mom wanted, she just starts sniping everything(hard to work with the length Karen left it at. End of the day my mom has a MULLET style haircut. HORRIBLE. So she gets home and shows me and it looks awful so I started straightning my mothers hair, once I finished you can tell the layers were crooked and so uneven from both sides. Great friendly staff but not so great when cutting hair.

Omg I dont even look like the same person. Raquel was patient and really made me feel comfortable. I love my hair and when I say she works miracles look at the before and after. Short and pink to long, healthy and stunning.
