The girl that did my hands was very nice and helpful (the only reason I’m giving 2 stars). I had a 1:00pm appointment time but wasn’t started on until after 1:30pm. There is not alot of staff so there is alot of waiting in between services. I arrived at 1:00pm and didn’t leave until almost 5pm. I like the shape of my nails and the girl that did them was very nice and helpful but they don’t look enough like the picture I brought in in my opinion. I booked “acrylic with design” which is quoted at $65 but was charged $100 for just my hands. I was told the base price is actually $70 not $65 and then the shape (coffin) is another 10 and the color with a matte topcoat (which is the design) was an additional $20. Nail polish should be included as part of the design, not an additional fee of $20. I felt very taken advantage of and after wanting to go to this place for a while and planning on being a regular customer, I left very disappointed in the amount of time I was there, the final look of my nails, and being taken advantage of with the price. *1st pic is what I asked for 2nd is what I got*

Nails here come out okay but I just feel like they are so unprofessional. I had an appointment with the owner her self and she decided to show up 35 min late and keep me waiting. She wasn’t even at the salon. I demanded a refund because here you have to pay a deposit. As I’m Walking out she’s walking in a starts blowing up my phone. Very unprofessional. If it would’ve been me late I would’ve lost my deposit and would’ve prob gotten some nasty attitude. Please respect and value others time.

OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY. I made an appointment to receive a full set of gel nails. When I sat in the chair I could tell that the woman had no idea how to do gel nails. I’ve been getting gel for almost 10yrs and can tell if a person is familiar with it or not. Everyday is a learning experience and I figured the owner would guide her and check on the work. WRONG.

If you are a person that is looking for a quick cheap nail job, this is not the business for you. If you’re looking for quality, chic & innovative designs, and be treated with the utmost care and attention, then this IS the place for you. My experience with Raquel and my Nail Tech Annie is always a great one. I have received manicures, pedicures, LCN, Solar, sugar, chrome, encapsulated, ombre, matte, stones, Swarovski Crystals etc… you name it I’ve gotten it. The quality has always been consistent and I have never lost a stone that I personally didn’t take off. lol (I get impatient and want to change my nails every two weeks, even though their work can last months). You can book your appointment either by calling or using Booksy. Booksy is more convenient. Below are examples of work done at the shop. The most recent is the French Manicure completed on December 31st.

I have a nail place but after seeing their Instagram, I was very curious about visiting the place and experiencing the vibe. My appointment was at 1:35 and I had to ask the front desk person if my appointment was still good? And he apologized and said she would be done soon. At that moment I wanted to can’t my appointment but my partner insisted I do it because I spoke so highly about the place and he wanted me to experience it. So I let the girl do my feet, which she did great. Now the hands, although she did a good job I felt my input on how I wanted my nails was a no-go. She kept saying “oh no short nails can’t be good with this form shape” – mind you, I’ve been getting my nails done for a very long time and never have my previous nail tech ever day to me and she’s done a lot of designs on my short nails so she did them long! Ok, on top of that I said almond shape and she did claw. I just kept my mouth shut after a while cause it was already 5PM and I needed to go so I said yes her till the end. I want another design but another young lady was waiting for her for a very long time and I felt bad and told her to do a more simple design. Now would I recommend the place? No because I really like to be on time especially if you schedule an appointment. And I like my input on my nails respected! The pedicure was good though! I would’ve returned if my experiences was different but I won’t be returning back. It’s definitely not worth the money though. I promise you.

I was really looking forward to this pedicure, but what a letdown. 40 dollars for a regular pedicure, that wasn’t enough they added a 3 dollar surcharge for using a debit card, that is not on there website! Needless to say I won’t be returning! Pedicure

I found this salon on instagram after my usual place was too booked to accommodate me. I called Raquel, the owner, on a Friday evening asking if she could fit me in for both a gel fill in and gel pedicure. It was 6 pm at night so I knew it was a small chance, but thankfully she said yes!!! I arrived and was greeted with a cup of coffee from her staff.
