Cordia is a real asset to this salon. I made an appointment with her after seeing the PHENOMENAL coloring work she performed on a family member’s hair. I asked for layered red and blonde highlights and couldn’t be happier with the results. Each color is integrated beautifully, and the red tones don’t look “cartoonish.” Cordia is a gifted colorist and stylist, and she earned my trust after that single appointment. I could not recommend her more and will most certainly be back.

Cordia is so rude and disrespectful to my friend!!! She was rude the whole time while doing her hair and then absolutely ruined her hair!!! When my friend asked for a refund she said no and told her to leave I can’t believe she still does hair, not only is the attitude HORRENDOUS, the hair doesn’t even come out well something needs to be done about this let’s first start with never going here again until she is gone!

Absolutely disgusted by this place. They ruined my hair when i asked for an ombre look and then when I told Cordia (my hairstylist) that i didn’t like it she cut my hair shoulders length and threatened to shave it all off and be bald. I didnt get a refund and they refuse to fix my hair absolutely terrible don’t ever go here they dont know what they’re doing.

Our experience at Rapunzel’ would be in the Horror category if we were discussing movies. My pregnant daughter-in-law & her 2-year old son dropped me off there but came in to say hello to our hair stylist. I was taken to the back for shampoo immediately, only to find my Daughter-in-law in tears a few minutes later. She was waiting out my 5-minute (or less) shampoo to say where & when she’d pick me up. My grandson, at age 2, ran around the salon. This other stylist was doing an old lady’s hair. She came to shampoo room to say the child was “making the old lady nervous.” I said they were leaving in under 5 minutes to this woman. Rather than wait an actual minute for my shampoo to be completed, this so-called “woman,” walked up ON my daughter-in-law and in a Loud voice told my daughter-in-law she wasn’t watching her kid & she absolutely did not want the child near her space that she rents. She turns to her customer and just in case ANYONE in the building was deaf, she says “AND THIS HERE CANNOT COMPREHEND I DON’T WANT THE KID NEAR MY CHAIR.” This “woman” actually referred to my sweet daughter-in-law as “THIS.” THAT SENTENCE IS A WORD FOR WORD QUOTE. She actually dehumanizing a mother for being a mother with a very normal, active 2-year old.
