Staff was very kind and welcoming, patient and sweet to my very antsy four year old. After figuring out that my daughter had lice, I treated her with over the counter treatment. I diligently combed her hair out every day and still couldn’t get out all of the nits. We both were getting frustrated so we decided to give Rapunzel’s a try. Not only did my daughter still have nits but we found out that I did too! My first response was definitely to overreact. Seresa helped me put all of this in to perspective. She was so professional, kind, and helpful. I’m thankful that Rapunzel Centers exist. It’s a huge piece of mind to have this problem taken care of in one treatment. Best of all, I can hug and snuggle my daughter again with out worrying about any critters! Thanks again!

The staff is so very kind. Seresa was gentle with my kids and explained every step. I have so much peace of mind, knowing the service is guaranteed and that every nit is taken care of. The facility is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. They even had WiFi, so my six year old was able to use his tablet to help him keep still. Easy peasy, thank goodness!

I wanted to share our fabulous experience. Although it may sound odd to have the words “positive” and “lice” in the same sentence, let me explain. Upon calling Raunzel’s Lice Removal Center at 10:00am on a Sunday morning, my daughters appointment was scheduled for 2 hours later. The owner greeted us immediately and introduced us to Seresa, who would be working with my daughters hair. Seresa had a very calm, kind and gentle demeanor as she explained and spoke with my 12 year old what she could expect as far as treatment for the next hour. Throughout the entire process, which went much quicker than you would think, the conversation stayed upbeat and positive as to not make my daughter feel “embarrassed,” “gross,” or “dirty.” Let’s be honest. As an adult we feel each one of those, but the last thing we want our child to feel is insecure or like a bad kid because of a situation in which they are in. When Seresa was done, she then reviewed what the next steps for my daughter would be as far as care for her hair and let me know what I needed to do with my daughters bedroom in order to prevent any spreading or future lice. The environment was very clean and presentable and it was obvious that safety and precautions were thought through. Finally, the pricing was extremely reasonable. I even appreciated the sign that I saw “tips aren’t expected, however are appreciated.” It’s not like this is an every day occurrence so many of these situations feel a bit awkward. I would recommend Rapunzel’s Lice Removal Center to anyone who has the need. If I could have put more stars up, I definitely would have!

Seresa in Kalamazoo was FABULOUS!! This is my second time using Rapunzel’s (first time was Ann Arbor) and both times we had VERY accommodating employees who treated us great and encouraged us to ask any and all questions we had. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so! They have truly been a blessing to my family during such an exhausting and overwhelming time! Give them a try and you WILL NOT be disappointed!!
