To start, I love this salon. I have always had a great experience when I come in. Today, I had a different experience! A stylist by the name of Amy was very rude and basically scolded me in front of a room of people. I’m 30 years old, in a hair salon, relaxing, and she scolded me for language. It wasn’t even what she scolded me about, it was the tone in which she said it, quite loudly in front of a group of people. I did NOT appreciate it. If there is an issue, come speak to me. Don’t yell it across the room.

I have very fine brittle unhealthy hair so I wanted to get it cut so maybe it would grow in nice. The receptionist how much it was for a haircut and she told me $35-$42 depending upon the hairdresser I get. So I asked if they are seriously going to tell that price when it very short and thin, she said yes. I think they are very expensive, u can’t even walk in, u need an appointment.
