I have been a customer for a while & was always happy with the results. I walked in today & there was people ahead & customers forming in line behind me. I was going to purchase a mask then remembered how much cash I had on me & I wanted to make sure I gave her a nice tip so I wanted to sign in first & then get a mask from my car (it would not take more than a minute & since there were customers ahead I was not holding anybody up) but she said not to sign in until I had mask. That irritated me since the reason I did not to buy one was to not take from her tip.I will not be returning.

You should change the time you close if your not going to honored 7pm.I needed 15 to 7pm and you said it was close. You only had one client. Update your closing so we are aware of the actual time you close.

My first time today. Omg she was such a beautiful person. Nice and hospitable. She made my brows so beautiful after the mess I made from them. She was nice to my little girl too. I tipped her good because she gave Excellent service and did a good job. Going back again in a few weeks.

*WOW!* I walked in without an appointment and right away Lali was super attentive. She worked quickly with prior customers while also engaging with them respectfully and providing an amazing experience. When it was my turn she called me by my name instead of giving that usual gaze and the “it’s you’re turn”, that other people tend to use. She treated me like I was a regular customer and I couldn’t have asked for a more painless eyebrow threading. She was very down to earth and her work is immaculate! My eyebrows have never looked this clean and I’ve been to many places. 110/10 will definitely be back again.

Excellent service! Friendly and welcoming. We were visiting from out of town and felt super comfortable. I have visited other threading places before and most make it feel like the thread is cutting the skin. This place made it feel so “painless”. They should open as they say. I have gone twice and they are closed on different days. Online it’s says they open at 10 and on the door 9:30 waited till 10:45 no one there. I called the gentleman said probably till 12 really!! I went today so decided to write this review. I mean they do a great job on threading. If you go call before. I ended up going to ibrow in the Cardenas shopping center.

I went in with my friend to get her eyebrows done and when we got there I decided I wanted a Henna tattoo. The gentlemen then showed me a portfolio of henna designs saying the lady did them, they were gorgeous, so neat and professional. Of course then I pick the one l wanted and the lady gets started; not only was she talking on the phone but she was so reckless with the drawing. She didn’t care if she smudged it or drew like a 1st grader! and I didn’t complain at all just waited until the service was done paid and left. Now I’m just wanting to let everybody know that she can’t do proper henna for those prices $25! Period. ( She gets down on eyebrows though)
