I saw a listing outside that said Japanese smoothing for $160, I go in and ask and they say it’s $220 and will take 2.5 hours. The price discrepancy was pretty high so I asked to talk to the manager/owner. When I called the manager she says my hair is very long(she hasn’t seen it) so she has to charge more coz it’ll take a very long time. Just feels like it’s a complete scam!!! If the person who was going to do my hair and saw me and my hair thought it would take 2.5 hours why the change all of a sudden other than to get more money?

Horrible untrained staff. I went to get my beard waxed and threaded. The woman there kept waxing my bare cheek for some reason, I thought she knew what she was doing. As a result my face is left with lots of ugly scars. I’ve done wax & threading before but this never happened. And they charged double the price compared to other places!

Came for a blow out bc dry bar was full. The lady doing my hair worked hard. The shampoo wasn’t as thorough in my opinion. My hair looks nice so I’m happy. I really just didnt want to do it myself. I went early October on a somewhat humid day and there was no air conditioning. That was wack.

Well I would describe this Spa as comical, with very poor organization, freezing cold, and there was a lack of confidence from the staff. I was asked to change which I did , but I had to share a space, with the one of the staffs clothing. plus no sliprers, I would have bailed out but I was to far in.

This place is a sham! I went there to get my eyebrows waxed and the lady waxed off my ENTIRE EYEBROW. She said sorry and I didn’t have to pay! Turns out she is here on a visitors visa and doesn’t have a work permit or a cosmetology license. She is here from India on a visitors visa and this place hired her – I was so outraged – she told me she has done it before in INDIA! SHAM! They should all be deported!

I went there for a facial and requested that she use herbal and natural products. She put a face mask on me and then left. She came back THIRTY MINUTES later complaining that a customer had inquired about some of her products but did not even end up buying anything. She then took off the face mask and said that this was only supposed to be left on FOR FIVE MINUTES. She then said that this “random chemical” could be damaging for my skin if it was left on for MORE THAN TEN MINUTES. After that treatment, I end up with scars and blemishes that after TWO YEARS, still have not gone away. THE STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND EXTREMELY HORRIBLE AT THEIR JOB.
