I used to come here regularly for eyebrow threading, but after what they did to my eyebrows recently, I’m NEVER going back. My eyebrows were ripped to shreds. I told the tech she was hurting me but she laughed and when she told me to look at it, the top and bottom and even in between my brows were bleeding. 4 days before xmas. So by xmas day there were hard ugly brown dried scabs all around my eyebrows. Not only did she cut me, she also tried to pluck my brows and still did a terrible job with the shape. Also raised the prices. This place should just close since they have gone down so much!

I literally repeatedly myself three times and she said okay and proceeded to do as she pleased. My beautiful arched eyebrows are too thin now and uneven. Lady also tried promoting her business by giving some cheap run down Indian mask apparently for your face but I’m an esthetician student and I know how to read the ingredients list. The 3.7 stars on there should be enough to tell you but please avoid this business hope it gets shut down. Waste no time looking, I will say who ever owns this storefront needs to maintain it better and fix all the issues in it, if not for the customers…the workers deserve so much better.

If you must go here TAKE CASH OR DO NOT LEAVE UNTIL AFTER THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD AND GET A RECEIPT! Incredibly disappointed! I have been a customer for 6+ years and have either referred or brought in several family members to this location! She doesn’t have a credit card machine at this location so when I don’t have cash on me she calls another location to charge me. Ive always trusted her and I couldn’t believe what I was hearing today! She told me $12 will be charged to my card I said okay then, because she doesn’t know that I speak her language, she tells the person on the phone “ok fine do 13. No wait she’s still here”. She sets the phone down and says okay she’ll charge $12. I wasnt sure if I heard right and wanted to give her benefit of doubt so I said ok can I get receipt & she said no problem she’ll text it to you. As I walked out she picked up the phone and continued her conversation. I get home, check my account & Sure enough they charge charged me $13. IT IS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY! If this was an honest mistake I would’ve let it go. But the fact is that she hustled her good customer of many years. When I confronted her she denied everything and said it’s not my responsibility it’s the other location. She even went as far as letting the other customer in the salon to get loud with me. Absolutely disgusted by her behavior and will not be returning. Ever.

I’m very upset with the overpriced service given. Cherry screwed my eyebrows which I have pix of, cut all my thick beautiful hair off when I said not to cut too much just my dead ends (1-2″), lied about what type of products used for my facial and overcharged me. The credit card machine allegedly wasn’t working and wanted me to give my cc# over the phone to someone I don’t know at a supposed other location and they would “text” me my receipt. I stated I was uncomfortable with that. Long story short, I was forced to pay $90 for terrible service and rude phone convo with a lady from another location. Never again. #Scamartists
