I love going to Randy‘s nails he always does my nails and he’s very good at it he has patience he does not rush and that’s what I love about him and he always make sure I’m happy when I leave out.no matter what I request he always tries to make it happen,if I don’t have an idea he will come up with one my nails are short so I just get overlay nails and when he do them he makes it look like as if I was wearing a long nails.that’s how much work and design and detail he put into my nails I rate him a five stars for that and because it’s very family friendly and they always treat my little girl like she’s one of theirs love love love this shop.

This is the worst customer service that I ever experienced. Don’t go there because they tell you different price and then when you ask them questions about their service they tried to argue with you and they don’t care about their business. Please let them know how important the customer service here in America . Please please don’t come to their spa. They want to have customers but they don’t know how to treat them. Period. It was a lady who helped me. I ended up left without using their service. They need to take a customer service class.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityBest pedicure and full set I got in Antioch! Vi did my pedicure and Randy did my nails. So in love with how they came out. Came in around 6pm and they stayed a little over 30 mins past closing time just to complete my set. They took great care of me and were super nice. I love this nail shop and have been coming faithfully for about a year now, every 2 weeks. I take my daughter with me and they are great with children too! The customer service is excellent and every nail tech is skilled! Randy is excellent and greets you as soon as you come in! Very professional and they don’t rush! Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt’s pretty sad whenyou have an appointment at 11am and are told to come back later. You come back in 25 mins to be told to have a seat and the owner says I’ll be back. At 11:55am he strolls on in with 2 cases of beer and lemons. If you think I’m going sit around and wait when I’ve already waited I’m not. I went home in disgust after being a long term customer. I called Lady Bug Nails and they took me in right away and it was cheaper and they do air brush painting. Only 1employee and the owner. Bad service and overpriced. Randy the owner is very rude and disrespectful. I’ll never go back. I’m so glad there’s a nail salon almost in every corner.
