I was extremely pleased with the great service Randy and his staff provided me with in my time of need. Randy is a skillful surgeon and took his time explaining the treatment and care pre and post-surgery. I loved talking to him before and during the surgery because he made me feel comfortable. I found the entire staff to be quite professional and knowledgeable as well and I would highly recommend them for skin cancer treatment.

Waited over 45 minutes in the waiting room that was crowded with no way to social distance. Then an additional wait of 15+ minutes in the exam room. I specifically requested a female doctor but was seen by an “associate” ( her term, not mine) who rushed through a very cursory full scan exam and when I asked her about a skin condition, she said “that’s not covered by insurance” over her shoulder as she left the exam room. I would have liked a simple suggestion for curing the problem with OTC products if possible. My point is, I patiently waited approximately an hour for my exam. I did not complain about the wait. I deserved to have the same consideration as the first appointment of the day, when you were not running behind.

I have had more than 20 years of skin cancer doctors and surgeries, freezing, biopsies. This doctor is very nice, but never have I had the poor treatment experience I had with this doctor. I went in for an excision of a basil cell elision that I have had frozen for 4 years but it remained persistent. He injected me with the numbing shot, my skin puffed up huge, he immediately slice me with the blade! Took off only the top layer of skin only and did not even allow me to get numb, it was very painful! Then on my other wrist I had a pre cancer spot, he froze it for nearly 2 minutes, the pain is still there and I have a huge blister and no use of my thumb!
