I recently moved to CA from CT and was beyond thrilled to find my long time friend and stylist Shannon! Many years ago (20+) I met Shannon at Adam Broderick salon in Ridgefield CT. She came to my rescue after I received an awful cut at another local salon.

Such high hopes! But after receiving a subpar cut from Shannon, I called to see if she could please fix it. She dodged it for two weeks, (despite availabilities on her booking system), and then just stopped responding altogether. I finally gave up asking and paid someone else to fix her mistakes. Shannon made clear that she has zero interest in meeting her client’s needs. Super disappointing.

Meh. I hate giving bad reviews but honestly I was super disappointed by the quality. High reviews on yelp, I expected a lot from the service. The hair Salonist was super sweet and very personable but I went in for a balayage, and I came out with weird streaky highlights that were barely noticeable. For $160 it looked like she didn’t even do ANYTHING. So disappointed, I got a $10 box of hair dye from target and fixed it next day…. 2 stars cause the hairstylist was so sweet and friendly.. but omg…not even close to what I asked for and expensive!!!
