I love this salon but I’m not sure if i would come back to this location. An employee i believe her name was Jennifer..not sure of name… completely humiliated my 15 yr old sister Ava. She came in for a bridal party updo and found out that day she had lice. I’m not upset she had to go outside but she cried for hours because she made her feel gross. I was there and everyone agreed she was out of line with her mannerisms for this problem

I came to Randolphs for the first time in August 2020. I was randomly given Kelsie at my first appointment. When I first met Kelsie, my hair was a mess. It needed color correction, and Kelsie did not hesitate to take on the task. In my first appointment with her, she cut, highlighted, baby lighted, and treated my hair. The difference between the beginning of the appointment made me become extremely not only in myself, but in Kelsie as my long term hair stylist. Since 2020, I have been going back to Kelsie every 6-10 weeks, and it is the most confident choice I make in my day to day life. She becomes friends with her guests, and is the most personable stylist I know. Her personality lights up the room, and I am always excited to see her when I go in for an appointment. She has perfectly transformed my hair from damaged and 3 colors to beautiful, beautiful blonde. She is my go-to for hair, and always will be. I recommend her to everyone!

Love this salon! I go to Courtney and I always leave happy and feeling beautiful. Everyone is so nice here and they are always up on new trends. I used their team for my wedding party back in November 2017 and could not have been happier with my choice! Sue coordinated the appointments tremendously and even on the day of I was able to make a time change so I could meet my photographer for getting ready pictures while we still had sunlight. I can always count on Courtney to style my hair amazing. I trust her so much I even let her color my hair the day before. My wedding hair held up all night. And I did A LOT of dancing in a big ballgown! Thank you Randolph Team!

Did not style hair as I asked. I even took pics. Staff young inexperienced. Do not seem to embrace older customers.. gave me what I thought were trial size shampoo and conditioner… less than 2 Oz. They charged 17 dollars each for them. 85dollars for mediocre cut. Won’t be returning.
