Rachel N. is the best. I have never been consistent with getting my hair done, but after finding her, I now make it a point to go in to the salon every month so I can switch up the color on my money piece. Rachel makes it possible for me to change up my style each month and have fun with different toners while also keeping my hair extremely healthy with a magical treatment that she uses! She is very patient when I explain to her my hair visions, and she always gives her honest opinion and the best advice. My hair has never looked or felt better!

I really did not want to post this, but after thinking about it, if it helps someone else, then it’s worth it. I had a horrible haircut at this salon. For some reason, after my stylist finished cutting my hair, she started to razor the back WITHOUT EVEN ASKING me. When I stood up I saw the HEAP of hair on the floor and was too shocked to even say anything. I explained at the beginning that I did not want anything cut off the back, I had JUST gotten it to the point it was a great length. I made it clear that texturing on my curly hair did not work well. I have been so upset for the past month because my hair looks absolutely terrible and that was the one area of my hair I actually loved! The rest of my haircut was not good either! When I went to another salon to try to fix this mess, she honestly couldn’t believe it. Uneven spots, holes where my curls were not blended right. I will never go back. It’s going to probably take 5 months to get this remedied at least. 🙁

She gave me one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had in my life. She listened very closely to what I wanted and even helped me with some ideas about what would work! I am in love with my hair. Not only was she professional and very talented, but she had a way of making me feel totally comfortable there as a first time customer! I already booked my next appointment with her. She listened very closely to what I wanted and even helped me with some ideas about what would work! I am in love with my hair. Rachel is absolutely incredible!! She’s taken me from brown to red, to black and now to peekaboo highlights and money pieces! My hair has remained so healthy and every time I leave the salon I’m more and more in love with my hair! She’s an artist and somehow always manages to do better than I was asking.

Alana is hands down the best. I went from boring shoulder length hair to a pixie style and I have never been so happy!! I used to go to small places to get a haircut and then i started to see rachel n and i have gained so much more confidence in my hair than after seeing her for over a year now! She is always willing to strategize and give her professional opinion on what would look with my face shape, the tones of my skin, etc. She likes to help you embrace your hair and beauty with a cut, color or treatment! For the first time in like 10 years, she gave me a beautiful balayage and some subtle bangs. I was so nervous to get this done but she was extremely reassuring and confident that it would be perfect, and it was. I get the BEST shampoos at this salon too!

Thankfully, Randolph’s Salon, was recommended by a friend and I had the pleasure of Vita attending to my hair need. Vita went above and beyond with my first visit from consultation, pricing, coloring, and asking about my hair history. She really listens and walk me through each process that she was doing including what products she was using and how it would benefit my hair.
