Rancho Nails is the best. This salon is a family-run business and provides quality service. While everyone working there is extremely skilled, Andy is my go-to. His work is precise and I never leave dissatisfied. I always get compliments on my nails thanks to Andy. He truly is an artist and genuinely makes sure my nails are perfect. The environment is awesome and there’s no other place I’d rather go. The establishment is extremely clean and well-run. Trish is fantastic, too! When my schedule doesn’t line up with Andy’s, Trish will do my full set and her work is also fantastic. Everyone is extremely kind and friendly and I would highly recommend Rancho Nails to anyone and everyone!!

I love this nail salon. It is clean, fresh, bright, and they do a great job. They listen to what I want, and they execute it perfectly every time. I have them use dip on my nails, and in 3 years I have yet to have a nail break. I never need to come in due to a break, only just because my nails have grown out in a healthy manner. They are open great hours, so I never have an issue getting in. Pro tip – go get a cheap glass of wine next door and bring it in and relax!

Love, love, love this salon! The people are super friendly, the salon is nice and clean and beautifully decorated. It’s the kind of place that just makes you feel good and very pampered! Trish does my nails every two weeks and I adore her. We have so much fun talking and joking around. My nails and toes have never been happier 🙂

Not so hot! I was having a very challenging day with my babies, so my husband took the kids and treated me to my first pedicure of the year and after having a baby. I wanted it to be awesome! Not here. I paid for a super upgraded pedicure with double extra massage. And definitely not worth it. It was cold inside, and the water was on the colder side as well. I asked for hot water and they did add a little, but drained it after about 10 minutes so the rest of the time I was freezing. They didn’t wrap my feet or anything either, when usually you get hot towels. He applied cold lotion when spas usually apply hot lotion so that made me colder I didn’t bring a water because usually at places they give you a water bottle, a soda, or sometimes a mimosa or something, so I was thirsty the whole time. The guy didn’t speak English, which is not a big problem but I couldn’t communicate with him and there was zero engagement. He also did my service wrong. I was supposed to get a salt scrub and instead he did callous removal, which I didn’t need because I do that in the shower every time. I thought he would do the scrub later but he never did. The massage was so so. Just so disappointed and I’ll never come back.

Very bad service, bad attitudes, very poor customer service. Employee asked my 11 year old daughter what she wanted done- when I answered she ignored me and was difficult. It was my daughter’s birthday and our 1st time doing nails together. I had higher expectations, especially on my daughter’s birthday.
