Service is outstanding! I love the Nelly Ramy duo. Everyone is super sweet and they are constantly checking in on how you’re doing. I got a wig installed and it came out amazing! Critical: Professionalism, ValueI was calling around to get braids. I wanted straight-back cornrows. I called Ramy Beauty Hair Salon and was told that braids cost $55, I sent over a picture and was then quoted for $100 for 10 cornrows. I could understand a business person charging a higher rate but I had already been quoted $55 even by two other shops. I didn’t use this business, just asked for a quote, and got price gouged like the going rate at other shops $55 this shop tried to do $10 a braid for 10 braids. So take it for what that is worth. I was calling around to get braids. I wanted straight-back cornrows. I called Ramy Beauty Hair Salon and was told that braids cost $55, I sent over a picture and was then quoted for $100 for 10 cornrows. Critical: ProfessionalismBraids all different sizes staff pulling my head one co worker talking about me with another braider!actually was braiding my hair for 7 hours all different braid sizes and very rough handed the mother can not braid hair my hair looked a mess I’m a braider I no nice braids and they can’t braid one lady braid was not the same!
