Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThey don’t honor appointment times or even close to and yet they require you to make appointment. They LIE and do not care if they waste your time. I had an appointment for 1pm and I called and ask could I change it and tell me no. I get there at 1 and tell me they could not take me till 3:30. & I drove 45 mins to come there.

Let me start off by saying I am a black woman. My experience here wasn’t too lovely. I came in with a ponytail made from old Bantu knots. When she saw my hair she immediately sighed and kept saying “ay dios mio” repeatedly. I asked her for a price & she told me $50. Then when she conditioned and detangled my hair she realized how manageable it was but also how long it truly was. It was like she never saw shrinkage. She rushed through the blow drying and flat ironing process and burnt the front of my hair off. Overall it was a bad first time experience and I definitely will not be returning !

I’m new to the area, and was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a salon that was right for my hair type. Luckily, I was able to find this place. Yulissa took great care of me. She was so nice, and did a really great job with my hair. I’ll definitely return.

Great ladies that do hair mostly Dominican women. I don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have a parking lot. It them 4 hours to cut, wash, and dry my hair, and they charged me 60 dollars… they do amaze hair, but it always busy when I try to get my hair done.

I always love to go here to get my hair washed and blown out but they dont truly know how to treat natural hair. I would suggest combing and/or detangling your own hair if you are a natural. Pricing is good and they only accept cash. They do have a Atm with limited funds.
