Got my hair done by Yvette, my hair turned out exactly like my reference photo that I wanted. The conversation was exquisite and it felt very relaxing and helpful as well as comforting. In most my experiences of getting my hair done they just wanted todo be quick and get it over with where as Yvette went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident. She made my hair perfectly how I wanted it and left it soft and healthy !!! 10/10 experience ladies !

I am surprised to see how people are rating the services provided by girls and no mention of the facility itself. Looking at the five stars given to the services makes you wrongly believe that facility is also good while it’s not at all true. As much as the service of the girls working there is excellent and important to mention, it is equally important to say a word about how it is managed. I go there only because of the girls who do the actual work The place is dirty, many a times AC is not working or the owner won’t just turn it on to save money, toilet paper is missing, the floors are dirty, there is no body at the reception. You call to book appointments and they can’t schedule. You ask them to convey the message but they don’t. As mentioned by somebody else as well, the owner for sure always is on the phone, speaking so loudly in her heavy accent disturbing the harmony of the environment.

I have been there for waxing and facial. The salon looks very nice and upbeat. However I am not sure why the AC is always Switched OFF. it is really hot in there. The last thing you want is too feel sweaty and sticky in a salon instead of having a pleasurable and relaxing experience. Waxing rates are pretty competitive like 50/55 for full legs and 35 for full hands(their website is not up to date). The change of clothes they had to offer was pretty bad and looked unclean compared to other salons. The bed sheets did not look very clean either. Sprint Waxing was done in sharp 15 mins for both hands and legs included.It seemed like she did not have even another minute to spare.Facial was so so as well. The atmosphere at the front desk felt tense as well and no one really greeted with a smile.There were continuous cross talks between the employees(including Rambha) over some issues which the customers waiting should not be hearing. Overall a bad experience and not at all relaxing.They have good space, infrastructure and potential to work with and I really think they can improve a big deal on the customer experience and satisfaction.

If you decide to go with a group of friends for a facial and massage DO NOT go to this facility. I booked a spa day for myself and 3 friends about a month in advance and spoke to the owner a number of times to insure booking accuracy. 3 of us wanted facials and 1 wanted a pedicure. All of us wanted massages. I was assured each time that they would have enough staff. Upon arrival the staff were surprised to learn we needed 2 aestheticians. This place was disorganized and poorly staffed. Everyone felt rushed, the cover ups do not cover you up while you wait for services in a cold waiting area, and the massage therapists talk thru your entire 45 to 50 minute light massages. I did hear the owner/aesthetician gave good facials, but since I didn’t want to hang out an extra 45 minutes I did not get a facial. What we wanted was pampering, but what we received was very frustrating, rushed service and a cold facility!

Amazing spa and salon! Rambha is the best! I came for an eyebrow threading, and my brows have never looked better! I know they so great work in other areas too. Definitely worth checking out – you won’t be disappointed! Thanks Rambha!!!

My wife loves this place. She goes here exclusively for the threading and she insists that the owner do it. She is not sure how the other employees would thread, but she is not willing to taken the chance. They also provide a full selection of salon services and beauty services. Also, the price is great.

This is an establishment with very little morals.The owner wouldn’t take any ownership for their mistakes. Ok to put it in context . I went in for a Brazilian blowout on July 2nd. I was promised after the treatment my hair would be smooth and frizz free and straight for up to 12 weeks and charged me $150 for the treatment. After the treatment it looked really good and I was very happy with the service . The stylist Navaneeta even took photos of my before and after pics and posted it on yelp . On a side note I was not told that my pics will be posted on yelp. I am gonna forget that. They told its ok to wash the hair next day but i didn’t wanna to risk it and I waited for 3 days. On July 6th I washed my hair with shampoo and conditioner meant for Brazilian blowout. To my surprise my hair went back to the original frizzy non-straight texture. I called them the next day about the issue and they won’t even apologize and blamed it all on the fact that I didn’t buy some products they advertised to me after the treatment. They kept arguing that’s the issue. If that was the issue then why would I need a professional ( self claimed ) stylist charging me $150 for a treatment that won’t even stay beyond one hair wash. They suggested they will send me the product and using that will fix it which is ludicrous as it is completely frizzy again. The treatment can work for you if you don’t wash your hair .. So please beware and avoid it for hair treatments.
