I left her there while I went home. My daughter said the woman was so nice and didn’t hurt her head. I was very impressed by the braids. They looked really GOOD! I encourage everyone to go there.

Second time getting my hair done there and I liked my hair style each time. The place has since been painted and looks my professional. My niece and I both get our hair their and she was the one who recommended me to them. She has been going there for a long time and is also very happy with their service. If they want to look at TV bring your phone because they have the radio on and I preferred the music. My hair has really grown in two months since my last hairdo. Will continue to go there.

If it would let me, I would give it zero stars! I have been going to them for years. They are sisters who use to value their clients. But now they have been stretching hair. Which means if you ask for 18inch of hair, they are being cheap and buying 12 inches of hair adding on and stretching it. Which causes the hair that was added on to slip out. Any woman that gets braids knows that causes your hair to be very thin, and not look full at all. Its technically stealing. If I asked for a juice that cost $3 and then given a $1 water after I paid full price for the juice its theft of service, they will sit behind you and hide the hair so you can’t see what they are putting in your hair. $220 is alot to pay and not get what you paid for and asked for, you will look like you paid $80 bucks and got it done in someone kitchen.They also have roaches I stopped taking a purse in there. I had time today!

After growing my hair out for a while I was really picky about who was going to braid it… I read the reviews and thought well the negative reviews were about decor of the shop. I could careless just don’t want to get my edges snatched out. When I tell you they did a beautiful job!!!! Not pulling, I got only one bump for the tension and tons of compliments!!! I ain’t going no where else. They were very nice…hell I love ❤️ my hair so much if I’m ever there and it’s busy I’m helping out lol that’s how much I appreciate their service. Don’t worry about the paint chipping this place is a ok with me. Taking these braids out and trying box braids next

I’ve recently have gotten my hair done at this location and i know I’ll be coming back to this location when ever i need my hair done . They are very polite and friendly. They are fast so you won’t have to worry about being there all day. They have a affordable prices. I will be coming back here in the future 🙂

What a rip off they charged me $60 for them to braid my hair straight back and shampoo. The shop looked very dirty and the girls pretended to be polite but I know they were talking about me. It wasn’t a great experience and they should really clean the place up. I won’t be returning.

If i could give this place – 0 stars i wld. Ughh THE worst!!! Its a hot mess in there. I got two braids that look like a 4yr old did it. The braids were messy and the part was crooked. My hair was coming out the braids. They act like they was scared to use gel. It was as if they was trying to save it. I asked why was my hair look like this she said because im natural but from my understanding dont they specialize in natrual?? Ill never go back. They need to close it down anyway. I usually go to mondawmin but i was being lazy that day. Next time i wont be for sure.

The most dirtiest salon I have ever been to in my life! The staff is RUDE.They don’t know how to handle natural hair or any kind of hair! Worst experience! I went there to get cornrows.I had washed my hair.When I got there my hair was still wet.When the staff was blow-drying me,she used too much heat and was burning my scalp.When I told her to reduce the heat and not to put the blow-dryer on my scalp.She said “you can blow dry it yourself”.I walked out of that filthy place with my hair still wet! And I will NEVER RETURN!

The worst shop I been in EVER! ok so I walked in and wanted feed in cornrows and I sat and waited for almost 2 hours. then they take a snack break, and when I finally do sit down in the chair, she starts combing through my hair with a rat tail comb, and my roots are very thick, pulling out my hair, and she just assumed I wanted them straight back, yuck! no! and my hair color has 3 tints to it, faded dye that was red and went to a honey auburn, I have gold highlights, and my roots are 2 tones lighter than dark brown, she tries putting jet black in my hair, and insists thats the only color they have. when the other girl in another chair clearly had like a brownish blonde which would of looked better than just BLACK! and its more of a house not a shop, which I didn’t mind, but it was really dirty, broken kitchen chairs, stained molded looking closet, dirty chipped walls. A 18in screen that sat on a broken chair. It just looked unprofessional, unruly and unlicensed. I wouldn’t of have wasted 2 hours of life, if they would of asked the color of my hair, and what style I wanted, because I would of been left and not wrote a review. Will NEVER EVER GO THERE OR RECOMMEND IT TO A FRIEND!
