Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf i could i would give this place no stars i have giving them chance after chance this is my last straw. I went in for a crochet job and the lady left the whole back of my head out so when i went to put it in a bun the back of my head was exposed but unfortunately I didn’t noticed till i got home i called to see if Rama would give me my money back and she said no because it wasn’t the hair stylist fault she said I didn’t have enough packs of hair but i told her why would she not tell me that my 6 packs wasn’t enough if that was the case i would have bought more and waited to get my hair done but instead she let me think my hair was good and told me to just wear my hair down that no one could see it i couldn’t do anything but laugh definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop.Service: HairstylingIf i could i would give this place no stars i have giving them chance after chance this is my last straw. The salon staff are very talented but the atmosphere is very hostile and unfriendly. The staff do your hair as they think it should look and because it’s neat, you should just be happy and pay for something you’re not happy with. Check the size and length often because if you’re not paying attention, you’re braids will be much bigger and shorter than you asked for. FYI they have roaches.

Avoid this place. The owner is horrible, manipulative and a liar. She made me wait 2 hours. Promised to lower the price since I waited so long. Braided half my hair then made me wait another hour! (She did this so I could not leave and she could get more customers !!!) then when I was finally done she changed to the higher price like she forgot what she promised. Threatened to call the cops and screamed at me! Don’t go here ladies!!

The cornrows were not neat. Parting is completely fuzzy, the braids were too tight and unknown to the owner I understand French as she was informing the hair dresser to not address my concerns about the braids being too tight. Absolutely appalled at the work done.

Hostile environment. The hair braiders stare you down as though you have 2 heads. I was barely addressed by anyone when I walked in. The owner changed the price even though I called previously to confirm prices. My braids were so tight I couldn’t sleep properly for up to a week. They ended up falling out the following week. Waste of money. Will not be going back there.
