First time customer. Mike cut my hair. I hate talking, I’m British and reserved 🙂 But I had a great conversation with him. He made sure I knew what I was asking for. I thought the hair and beard cut was great. More importantly, so did my wife. It’s a bit further than I usually go, but they have a new customer (especially as I can stop at Tuscany store for wife, on my way home)
