Every barber shop was closed for the Eagles game except this place. I was little nervous at first, but Ralph’s a beast. 10/10 hair cut for a reasonable price in today’s economy. At Ralph’s, you get a great haircut for a fair price. I tend to be a fairly busy guy, and do not have time to spend two hours at a barbershop. Ralph will get you in and out with a great cut in a short amount of time.
