We use state-of-the-art equipment such as digital x-rays, diagnostic ultrasound, computer-generated foot and ankle orthotics (insoles) and comprehensive physical therapy services to support your podiatric foot care. The front desk staff were nice and courteous, which is something I haven’t always seen when going to medical appointments. One lady actually asked me how I was doing…very nice!! Office hours advertised as 8am-5pm. My first visit was for 1pm, but instructions were to arrive 20 minutes early to fill out forms. When I arrived, I was told they were closed for lunch. Why instruct patients to arrive early if the doors will just be locked? The doctor was great and recommended custom inserts. Once notified that they were delivered, instructions were to pick up between 8am-5pm. First attempt, I arrived at 4pm to be told that they try to leave early on Fridays and the front desk staff was gone for the day. Second attempt to pick up was at 8:30am on Monday morning. Again, doors locked. Finally, someone opened and said that the front desk staff doesn’t get in until 9am. Why advertise hours of 8am-5pm when that is clearly not the case. Doctors were great, but other staff is VERY unprofessional.

I had an appointment today 10-11-2022 at the Holly Springs Office. The courteous and compassionate service I received from the receptionist, medical assistants, x ray technician was outstanding. I saw Dr. Brittany Brower, she was kind, polite, very patience and compassionate. Dr. Brower attended to my medical condition with the upmost exemplary service. Every area that I went to in this office on my visit today was very neat and clean. I highly recommend this office for their excellent service.

My appointment and surgery went great, but the receptionist when I was leaving was fairly rude. Just overall had a bad attitude. The one at the front desk as well didn’t have the best customer service attitude either. This is my 2nd time visiting this establishment and unfortunately both times they were both like this. Dr. Grant is the nicest doctor I’ve ever had so I’m very surprised he puts up with having people at the front, who are supposed to be the face of the business, that are so off-putting to his patients

When I came in the front desk lady was incredibly kind and helpful with the new patient paperwork.
