She listens to me, she gives feedback and suggestions.. always on the same page. I could chat with her all day!! She is adorable, stylish and hilarious. Her color is very impressive! I called for an appt and spoke with the nice receptionist. I said I was new and was looking for someone comfortable with long wavy / curly hair. She said she would check and get back to me. True to her word, she called back and said “someone” would call me to make an appointment with them. Never heard back. Disappointing.

This would have been the 4th time coming to this salon to get my hair blonde. Every other experience was amazing but for some reason this time didn’t go as planned. I drive an Hour and 20 minutes to my appointment and noticed there was higher then usual traffic, I text my usual stylist that I might be late and she responded , “it’s okay I have tons of time and FYI the farmers market is currently happening” I replied great knowing the traffic is from that but she’s understandable, it takes me about 10 minutes to look for a parking space and 10 other minutes to walk to the salon. I get there and the stylist seemed annoyed. I apologized and she continued to show her annoyance as she grabbed my hair and said we won’t be able to do as much today because of the time I have left with you, I haven’t even started a color correction with you either so I’ll see what I can do with the time I have left .. excuse me? I have paid you for “color correction” services before how have I not been started on a color correction? Second of all, I understand time is valuable to you but it’s also valuable to me, there has been situations where I have got to the salon on time and waited 30 min after my appointment time because she ended up falling behind and never ever did I complain. If you are not having a great day don’t find any reason to take it out on someone else, us woman go to a salon to feel beautiful and happy and instead I felt offended and disappointed in her approach

BEWARE! I had my eye lashes done by Michelle a little over a week ago. They have since all fallen out along with my real lashes. I’m a month away from my wedding and extremely disappointed. I’ve had lash extensions done before(by someone else) and they lasted me 4 weeks and my real lashes were still intact. I would NOT recommend Michelle for lash extensions, pay the price and get them done right! Unfortunately, I was desperate to have my lashes done for a trip and gave it a shot. Worst mistake ever!
