I really wanted to love this place. This is the only eyebrow place I’ve been to since I moved to Fresno two years ago. The first few times I got my eyebrows done I was very satisfied. However for the past year or so I have not liked the way my eyebrows are shaped. I try to be detailed when I instruct the staff on how I want my eyebrows to be shaped, but they just no longer deliver the result I expect. The last straw was when I went in yesterday morning around 10:15 am. The staff member that worked on me was very sweet, but she worked so quickly even though I was the only customer there, she seemed rushed. At a glance my eyebrows looked fine, thinner than I wanted, but fine. As I looked more closely at my eyebrows throughout the day I realized how much of a mess they were. Edges were not straight, areas were patchy, shape of my eyebrows did not match (one was very pointy, the other was curved). Worst shape I have ever received. The staff are always very friendly and kind. The place is always clean. I appreciate that staff sanitize their hands before they begin working on me. However, I will no longer be seeking service at this location.
