Raj is the best! I was a loyal customer since the beginning of 2019 in Modesto until she moved to Bakersfield. I was sad to see her go. Went in for eyebrow threading yesterday and walked out with barely any eyebrows after I told her to just clean them out! DO NOT GO there for eyebrow threading. Now I have to fill them in everyday because there was a strip of hairs left! I’m just hoping I can grow my eyebrows back!!!
