Took my 8 year old daughter her both got a manicure and pedicure. Although they where very nice to my daughter the price of $250 for the polish to not even last 2 weeks is outrageous. Pedicure, Manicure

We went to this salon for pedicures and manicures a few weeks ago, and while I’m happy with how my nails look, I can’t imagine returning to this salon. To start, once I sat down in the pedicure chair, I was handed the menu book, opened to the most expensive section. I tried to flip back to the first page and was almost physically prevented from doing so – my technician kept flipping the book back every time I tried to change the page. The same thing happened to one other member in our party and the third wasn’t even given a choice. It was unclear until we paid that the treatment prices were in addition to the base price of the pedicure. Once my toes were done and I sat in the manicure chair, the hard sell continued. Almost the entire time my nails were being done, my technician was trying to talk me into getting a gel pedicure (this was immediately after he finished my regular pedicure) over my repeated refusals. Seriously – I said no a dozen different times and ways and just kept getting the hard sell. The technician also refused to trim and file my nails as much as I wanted (I have brittle nails that tend to peel and wanted those edges removed); he said that the gel polish would strengthen them. Nope – the tops are chipping, which hasn’t happened with previous gel manicures when my nails are prepped properly.

Very unhappy. The nail tech waved my daughers away when they came to see my nails …very rude. The nailtech tried to add more of a tip then I had wanted and I only got a manicure I was charge 50$ trying to charge for 65 and didn’t even get cuticle oils or lotion on my hands. No customer service, worst manicure ever and a waste of money.

Alan met me because I had an appt when the weather was awful. He was willing to give me a fabulous manicure and pedicure even though they would be closing right after my appt. I was very grateful and will be back again ! Foot massages, Pedicure, Manicure

This nail spa is wonderful. They pay attention to detail, and you walk away with a quality manicure or pedicure. Prices are reasonable.

I took my mom here today for pedicures for Mother’s Day. I made appointments for us, and that was honored. However, we got to our chairs, and we waited 10-15 minutes before they put water in the tubs for our feet to soak. We opted to not get the fancy overpriced lotions and oils, and we felt that as a result, we were rushed through. It didn’t even take 20 minutes from the time they finally filled the tubs. The “classic” pedicure with gel cost $45. We got our feet filed, nails barely clipped, and painted toenails. At any other nail salon, you get a leg and foot massage, maybe some hot towels, and are generally treated a lot better. This place is a rip off. I used to come here all the time, and really enjoyed it. They aren’t the quality they used to be and I won’t be back. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

Giving them a chance to fix this before I review in full. . Thanks for asking. I did leave a note with my phone number so you could call me. My pedicure was rushed and he up-sold me the wax. He forgot to do my cuticles until I mentioned it after he had started the base coat. Even then, it was only done on one foot. The massage was very short. And the polish not only looked horrible, but it also got smeared 3 hours after I left. You can see in the photo the ugly polish and cuticles. I would have rather been told you were too busy than to have had a rushed deluxe/$65 pedicure. Also, the guy grabbed towels from the two pedicure station/sinks next to mine and they were from the previous customers- not new, clean towels.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews, but this place is a SCAM. I went in with a friend to get pedicures and the technician was super rude and very dismissive. He didn’t want to do the color I wanted and was mad, he didn’t file my nails, nor take off all of my nail polish. The way he polished them was terrible, he didn’t cover all of my nail and didn’t wait for them to dry when he wanted me to get up and pay. The price was $30 and when I went to tip $2.50 he got upset because he wanted more and started making a scene. Sadly I paid with a debit card and couldn’t get the charges reversed but I will not be going back to this establishment. MAKE SURE YOU READ OTHER RECENT REVIEWS!! Don’t waste your time, money or energy.
