The salon was beautiful and welcoming! I was offered a beverage when I walked in and Audrey was ready for me right on time. I just needed a cut but she went above and beyond and gave me a gorgeous blowout to make the new cut complete and the products she used left my hair soooo soft. I’m so glad I took a chance with Kayle. I have been searching for someone who knows how to color blonde hair. My blonde hasn’t been this beautiful since I moved back to Cleveland 7 years ago. She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. I’m so happy with my color and cut. I have the most difficult hair to cut since it’s slightly curly and wavy in other parts. I have been to a few “curl specialists” and paid a lot of money to come out disappointed. This is my second visit with Kaylee and I’m so happy with my cut and color. All the products that she recommended I absolutely love and have made a big difference in the health of my hair.

I scheduled a curly cut and when I arrived waited for 45 mins to then find out my hair would be cut wet. I figured I would try it. She thinned my already thinning hair and did not layer much at all. When I told her my concerns I was told it would not work. This ended up being a pretty bad cut with no shape. I stopped and bought professional shears on my way home and cut my hair myself which I have never done but had to. I saw beautiful cuts and colors being done there but for curly hair this is not the place.

I’ve never been disappointed in the quality of service and I highly recommend this salon for anyone who is looking for a fabulous cut and color. My go to stylist has been Brenda for most of those 30 years and she is amazing with color! All of the people at the salon are professional but also make you feel comfortable and right at home.
