I had my eyebrows done and they were shaped nicely and it was a quick wax, my friend had her nails done and they looked lovely. The business is kept really clean and the place is super easy to find on the end of the building to the right. Owner is super nice and the workers do their absolute best to satisfy your wants.

Used to be my favorite place to go but it has gone down hill there’s never enough staff to satisfy the customers we went in at 12 and they told us 230 we waited an hour after that and there was still someone ahead of us for their nails so we left I’m disappointed not to mention they always go off script when you show them a photo of the nails you want

Came in when open on a Saturday owner told me to come back at 12 and i still waited a hour after 12 and still wasn’t seen, I then came came back on Sunday which the hours were put for 10 am and the salon was not open on time I stayed in my car for a whole hour and it still wasn’t open. Highly unhappy. When Anthony ran this place it was open on time all the time now you can’t rely on the store hours.

Unfortunately I am unable to rate this a 0! Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I literally walked in at 10:15 which is when my appointment was. I was asked to come back in 45 minutes, I wasn’t happy about it. However, I understand things happen. I went back and sat from 11:00-11:30. I was told to pick a color, they sat me in a pedicure chair, and I was ignored for another 15 minutes. I literally got up, dried my feet, and walked out…. while I was doing so, no one even asked what I was doing, or where I was going…. They didn’t even bother to notice I walked out. All in all, this business is very unorganized, their time management skills need some work, and they need to hire more salon workers! Very dissatisfied……

If I was able to rate this place 0 stars I would. If I didn’t already have my pedicure paid for already I would have walked out. Not welcoming, first off I sat in the chair and the water was cold, it took all of 8 minutes for my “pedicure”. When the lady was done she walked away and never came back. Didn’t dry my nails under anything, so after 15 min of waiting in the chair I got up and went to the desk and was asked by her “ready to pay” after it already taken care of which apparently wasn’t communicated between the workers. I will not be returning.

I moved up here about a year ago and was looking for a good nail place, this is the best one I have been able to find. I love when Anthony does my nails he takes his time and does amazing designs. They are bringing more staff in to help with wait time , but with each of my visits ( I go twice a month ) I have never waited longer then 20 minutes for them to be available.

I absolutely ADORE this place! It’s best to go during non-busy times or call ahead, as sometimes in the summer the foot traffic can be heavy. Lilly does an amazing pedicure that actually fixed my ingrown toenail (even when 4 surgeries did not!!) and both Anthony and Lilly do beautiful, long lasting French manicures. Even when I am hours away, I come back to here for my nail needs.
