I’m giving 2 stars because the 2 ladies were nice but my right big toe has been in pain for 2 days now. The lady kept tugging on this string in my toe (not sure what you call it ) but she kept looking at me and i just shrugged because it didn’t hurt at that moment. because she did that my toe is throbbing. Also the “massage” she gave me for my mani was no joke punching my upper arms. it was so uncomfortable. Also, the french manicure is chipping off and is not even. i really feel bad leaving this review but if my toe wasn’t throbbing i would of let it go.

I am giving 2 stars because she overcharged me, the organic rainbow deal pedi was advertised at $55. She charged me $70 plus another $15 for the special color I wanted and yet the mani and pedi combo is advertised at $75. I paid the same price for a mani and pedi in Waikiki so I will go back to them

The salon is very clean and the women there are all very friendly. We went on Monday a little after 10am so the salon was not busy which was nice since we were just walk-ins. This salon has been here since I was a kid and I was not disappointed to give this place a try.My Grandma is a regular here where most of the workers know and acknowledge her when she comes. My Grandma gets the usual basic manicure and pedicure, nothing fancy. The young lady who serviced my Grandma was very sweet and treated my Grandma well and was pretty fast doing both manicure and pedicure.I chose to get the pedicure deluxe and was serviced by Kathy. Kathy took her time on me as she is very meticulous. I watched how she made sure each nail was to her liking and triple checked to make sure the color was even coated and nothing was missed. Kathy is very quiet, yet very nice and professional. You can tell she takes her work very seriously and I appreciate the time she took on me. The deluxe pedicure was very good and Kathy was very patient with my ticklish feet. The massage she gives at the end is great and my feet feel revived and helped my circulation as I work 10 hours straight on my feet several days of the week. If you feel the need to spoil yourself, I recommend the deluxe pedicure!My Grandma left the salon very relaxed and satisfied with our service from our wonderful nail techs. The ladies are so kind and are great nail techs! They fixed up the place/moved things around to serve their customers safely and properly during this pandemic. Love it! Highly suggested place to visit for your nail needs in the Ka’imuki area!

The location is nice enough, but the service is severely lacking. The woman who did my nails was fairly nice, but the old woman who did my mothers was extremely insulting and made the entire experience uncomfortable for us both.

I’ve been to quite a few nail salons throughout Honolulu and this one is good. Parking lot with quarter meters, location is good with restaurants around it (if u want to eat after), spacious nail salon with a bathroom, many colors of polish available/selection of nail services and talented technicians that speak English. Everytime I go I have a positive experience.

It was just OK, probably won’t go back. Staff is kinda nice but hardly talks with customers just with other staff members in a foreign language. Mani/Pedi deluxe as they call was $65 which is average but I’ve had better foot and hand massages at other salons. They used nice feeling and smelling products. Practiced good COVID 19 measures, everyone wore masks and customers were spaced out in every other chair. Wanted to love this place but just didn’t measure up. Sigh.

Staff are nice and like to talk to you when they are preforming the services. Facilities are clean and they disinfect the areas that where in use when you are done. I recommend them.
