Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf you come in at a decent time you can get seen very fast. Try to come when it’s not busy, near 5pm. Also, very nice lady. This was my first pedicure ever and it was incredible. The lady was very nice to me and didn’t make me feel like I had to know everything. She was very thorough with the questions on what I wanted. Also I have a nail that is broken and she filled it in! She did an amazing job on my feet! I recommend going. If you come in at a decent time you can get seen very fast. Try to come when it’s not busy, near 5pm. Also, very nice lady. This was my first pedicure ever and it was incredible. I originally went to Todays Nails II in Inglewood and they barked at me. Bad customer service. I drove to Rainbow nails and I had the best experience ever. They are super friendly, profesional. My nails look amazing! I am definitely coming back to this place next time! Manicure

My nail tech cut me I was bleeding from my nail bed for 2 days. The next day after I got my nails done the gel started peeling. They said they don’t do discounts and I would have to pay full price. In total I spent Horrible experience total waste of money

Really good customer service. We went in the morning so it wasn’t busy and they attended us pretty quickly. I got a pedi and acrylics, I love my nails I think the lady who did mine was Ivy she was so quick about it. You can tell she’s been doing this for a long time. But she did exactly what I wanted, besides that it was good. She did go ham on my nails when she was filing them LOL that it kinda hurt, but it was great overall. I love them !

Passive aggressive service is all you’ll find here. It’s almost like they’re bothered you came to get your nails done. Place is not the cleanest.

They will take your money out your bank add on extra money to the original price then blame it on the bank saying it’s the banks fault why extra money is being taken out for the processing transaction.!!!!!! They are thief’s couldn’t admit they added in extra money my transaction on my account didn’t match the receipt I received.!!!!!! Pedicure, Manicure

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Came in with my niece to get her nails done for an event, we waited for 3 hours, asked multiple times when she will be serviced and the workers constantly took people who came in after her. You are better off taking your money somewhere else. If there was a Zero Star option I would of left that but sadly there isn’t.
