My daughter and I came in to get her eyebrows done before school starts. They were super nice and took us both right away and even squeezed me in for a pedicure. The gentleman that helped me did a really nice job and my feet were pretty rough after working outside all weekend. The place was super clean and well organized with lots of colors and spa options to choose from. Already scheduled 2 facials for next weekend.

Christine does my lash clusters and they look super good and best price around! Kim does my dipping powder nails. It’s hard to find a place that’ll do a fill on dipping powder. Most places you have to get a whole new set every two weeks which really adds up. The pricing is very reasonable. The work is quality. I’ve never had an issue. I love that I can match my nails to my products! Easy to talk to and enjoy coming to rainbow nails. I drive from riverside just to come here!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWould give a ZERO! Will never be back there again. Stay away. They are not working to please their customers. Treated my daughter and myself to a manicure/pedicure. I only did gel on my nails. Inside the nails looked fine. Once we went outside the nails looked horrible! My daughter had to use the restroom so I took her home and called right away. They were busy when I left so they said 4 would be a good time to go back. Went back told them toes and nail color didn’t match, told them may nails were super thick and had lumps you could see them and fee them. And some needed another coat. So easiest way for me to fix was to just settle for no gel on my nails because clearly she has a problem working with gel. So I asked for my money back that I paid extra for gel. And she told me no. So I asked the other lady I said I paid for gel I’m leaving without gel. And she said no as well. Saying that they should have charged me to fix. And why didn’t I say anything while I was there. And I told her my situation and she still said no and I told her obviously you should want to make your customer happy! Lady should haven’t f*€%£k my nails up in the first place. Stay away unless you want thick wavy gel nails. And if they don’t do their job right guess what you have to pay for them to fix their screw up!!Would give a ZERO! Will never be back there again.
