Absolutely terrible service !! I normally do not leave reviews at all but this was just horrible. I wanted my gel tips removed and just to get a regular gel manicure. It seemed the woman did not understand my request but proceeded to attempt to remove the tips and after about 5-10 minutes someone else had to take over because she had absolutely zero idea what she was doing. At that point I said just remove the tips and forget the gel manicure, clearly it seemed to be too much to ask. Well at that point the man who took over simply removed the tips and sent me on my way. Did not shape or file nails at all they are completely uneven and you can still see the remainder of gel left behind on nail bed. Looks so bad I will definitely not be returning

Absolutely disgusted at how I was treated here. Went in for a simple mani pedi and the nail lady who was working over there was being extremely rude to me. First, she snapped at me to turn off my massage chair when she was doing my pedicure and when it was time to start my manicure, I paid and gave her a 5 dollar tip and she snapped at me publicly and said that I gave her a low tip and left me feeling absolutely humiliated. I was very shocked at how I was treated and stayed quiet and proceeded to dry my nails. Afterwards, I looked up and saw my nail polish was chunky and smudged and looked like it was done by a 5 year old! I went to the manager and showed him and he was nice enough to fix it, however, I was absolutely disgusted at how the nail technician treated me and will never be going back. This is no way to treat paying customers and left extremely upset at the treatment I received at this nail salon.

I went to this establishment on multiple occasions for manicures & pedicures & even when I made appointments they made me wait & catered more to regular customers or “VIPS”, although having gone there at least 3-4 times myself. The manicures & pedicures are good I must admit. However they don’t take you or your concerns seriously unless you’re a regular or white it seems. Overcharges as well. If you want decent manicures/pedicures you should go here, but at the expense of a long wait, feeling rushed & not being taken seriously.

I find that as long as I make an appointment with this place I will be taken right away. The workers are methodical and take a long time to complete the job. I would prefer a bit quicker but if that means better results, I am OK with that. It lasted me about 2.5 weeks and I am overall very satisfied.

My pedicure was fine it’s the other customers in the salon. I had to ask the staff to have them cover their face. After being ask the women still had their mask under their nose. I will not be going back here. I want to feel safe and hace employees to ask people to properly cover their face. Pedicure

I went to this shop for many years. My manicurist and pedicurist left. The last person who gave me a pedicure massaged me so hard it hurt & it was supposed to be reflexology. I got 3 fungus’s on my nail within a few months after they left. Very few technicians speak or understand english anymore.

I should leave a nail salon feeling well pampered but I leave this place feeling frustrated. I have given them a few chances and now I’m done. This place is DISGUSTING. The workers do not care. They sit on their phones and make you feel like they are doing you a huge favor to give you a manicure /pedicure. I don’t know how these nails salons in Rockland do business.

This was the WORST experience I’ve had in a nail salon. Was there for a pedicure manicure and I was done in 15 minutes. She only put one coat on both. She was rushing me like there was no tomorrow. I walked in at 6:15 left 6:30. Don’t wast your time going here there other spots
