I just moved to the area and needed my eyebrows done. I decided to try this place since it was near my place. I got there and Aliana came out didn’t even say hello or wasn’t friendly. Next didn’t even ask what I wanted or consult about what to do like other eye brow places. After she was done she didn’t even show me what she did and no mirrors in sight. She didn’t say a word and only spoke was pay at the counter. When I got in the car I noticed she didn’t even shape or trim my eyebrows. She just went straight across and called it a day. I won’t be returning and perhaps she is a nice girl and had a bad day, but you still should be professional. I am disappointed.

Final product, retention, the thickness of the lashes- she blows me away!Unfortunately I moved to the SuW side of town and I had to switch because the drive was too far. I knew Lyuda was amazing but since the switch it has solidified it- other lash artists are not as dependable (cancelled appointments- and anyone who has lashes and a busy schedule knows how frustrating this can be) and they charge more for a worse product!Lyuda does Russian volume and they look way better than most mega volume that other people do.
