After many years of looking for a stylist who has the expertise to work with my thick wavy hair, I am so happy to have found Lori Conklin at Rain Salon. She listens and understands just what I want – and works her magic! I’ve been a client for 18 months, and the cut, color and styling are beautiful every time. Every day is now a ‘good hair day’! Every team member at Rain Salon is professional and friendly, and I feel truly appreciated and welcome.

It is true that we are waiting in our car and I will sit there all day considering I am high risk and I personally need the extra protection. I normally don’t put my mask on until they call and re ready for me to go into the building. Having read the review of the 2:30 appointment, it sounded familiar. Turns out I was in Lori’s chair, she was finishing my hair when a woman who had arrived at 2:15, fifteen minutes early was highly upset Lori would not throw me out of her chair for the woman’s appointment. I also want to add that I looked at my watch, it was 2:38pm. The ladies time waiting was her own fault, Rain has only cost her 8 minutes.If I chose to go to an appointment early, that means I am choosing to wait longer if the professional is running 8 minutes late. I find it sad that someone would say something bad about a salon due to their own attitude and misgivings. Eight years and I have never had bad service at Rain and If Lori was running late, I would read a book, I would never want her to rush someone for me. I have been a client of Lori Conklin for about 8 years. It is true that we are waiting in our car and I will sit there all day considering I am high risk and I personally need the extra protection. I normally don’t put my mask on until they call and re ready for me to go into the building. Having read the review of the 2:30 appointment, it sounded familiar.
