I was really excited to try this new nail salon but I was extremely disappointed. First of all I booked a basic manicure and pedicure. The nail technician seemed annoyed that I didn’t want gel or dip. If you don’t want to do a basic manicure then don’t put it as an option on your menu. My manicure chipped the day after I got it and my pedicure looked awful after less than a week too. But more importantly when I was at the salon one of the other nail technicians was telling me a story about her children and used the n-word (derogatory name for an African American person) twice to me. She was quoting something someone else said but it doesn’t matter. That is NOT an appropriate word to use in any context ever. I was highly offended but had wraps on my legs so I chose to stay. Wish I hadn’t. But I was shocked that someone would use that word so openly. I would never recommend this salon based off that and the quality. I also emailed the owner about the situation and it’s been 3 weeks and I never received a response. After that I felt the need to report this to others.
