Unfortunately, I just recently got the absolute worst haircut of my life here. My hair was cut much shorter than what I asked for. My hair was already short to begin with and it grows very slowly. I’m pretty devastated that I will have to wait for a year or more for it to grow out to a length that looks good on me. I asked for a trim/touch up and got a drastically different hairstyle that I don’t even like. Also, I had side swept bangs before the haircut and ended up with full, straight across bangs by the end of the haircut. How does that EVEN happen?! I’m definitely not coming back here. I don’t trust this place. Finally, see the picture of my husband’s first haircut experience here in the photo section for this place, complete with temporary semi-bald spot. By the way, I think I suck at cutting hair, but I’ve honestly given my husband better haircuts.

all my nails fell off within 2 weeks. when scheduling, I texted Brooklyn and she was very kind and we agreed on a day and time. she however forgot to put my appointment in her calendar and we had to reschedule. when rescheduling she asked what I wanted and I requested a Halloween design, pentagram and upside down cross, and she responded with a date and a time. she didn’t tell me until after we rescheduled, the night before my actual appointment, that she “was not comfortable doing the design”. that’s fine, but she didn’t communicate that until the night before, basically just trying to get me on her books because I didn’t see it until I was waking up, for the appointment. i went ahead and still went and got my nails done, mostly because my friend said that they are so cheap. at the appointment she was very nice and communicative. I guess it’s just the behind the scenes action was not nice or communicative. after all of this I canceled my fill appointment (I’m not really sure why I made it in the first place), and she of course asked why. I told her about my nails falling off and she offered a discounted price. I declined. honestly, if I’m going to get my nails done, I’d rather pay for quality, and the design I want. (Heavenly Nails in Smithfield is the place to go).

I’ve been getting my lash extensions done by Dana for almost a year now. She is awesome! I’ve always loved lash extensions but struggle with the cost because for whatever reason (with me) they never stay in long enough to really get a full two weeks out of them before a fill (at anyone I’ve gone to in the past). Danas prices are reasonable enough that I can afford to get them filled weekly. And she ordered special thinner lashes just for me so they are nice and long and full but don’t look abnormally fake. That was very important to me as a middle aged client. Crazy big lashes don’t fit my lifestyle. I get complimented on them frequently and when I tell them they are extensions people are surprised. Don’t get me wrong. She can do big and crazy lashes too. They look great! …Just not on me …maybe for the holidays ;-).

Ash is my new favorite person in the world ❤️ I was nervous at first that whoever cut my naturally curly hair wouldn’t know how to. Ash killed all of my doubts! She knew exactly what to do and checked (multiple times) to make sure I liked it. I absolutely love the new mermaid colors she put in my hair ! I’m so glad my friend suggested this salon! The atmosphere was so relaxed and fun. The stylists all got along and worked together. Crystel did an amazing job on my hair! We had to so a color correction and I love how she blended the new highlights with my natural blond color. I will most definitely be going back. I also loved that I was able to get some hair tips and suggestions of products to use to help my thin hair look and feel thicker.

I have been going to Crystel at Rage Salon for haircuts the last few years, and she is amazing. I was never loyal to a salon until I found her, but she does an incredible job and I haven’t gone to anyone else since. The people at the salon are friendly and the salon is beautiful and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable, and my haircut comes with a wash and style. I always go home happy!

Anna was absolutely amazing!!! She took extra care of my curls. We had a consultation and decided what the healthiest route was to lighten my hair. It turned out a beautiful strawberry blonde.
