Kathy is amazing! She got a new place here in Northridge/Reseda and it’s even more amazing than the original place. The entire spa is brand new, she has customized heated beds, a beautiful waiting room.

Best massage ever! Very warm welcoming and friendly staff. Lisa was my massage therapist and she did a good job. I really don’t like too much pressure during massage and every places I went during my session I should keep telling them it’s too much. She did the exact thing I wanted. At the end they served hot ginger honey and citrus tea, it was delicious. I highly recommend this place.

I’m just not comfortable with the flimsy tables at some locations, being a bit oversized myself. The linens are clean and cover every inch of the table, including the face hole. I’m always wary of how many people have their face in the face hole, and now it is completely covered/sanitary. There are so many well thought out touches, including the memory foam face pad, which is 100% more comfortable than the gel pad. There’s plenty of parking finally! Rafaole is now on the first floor. Massage quality is the same hidden neighborhood gem! They are skilled, talented, professional, and deserve every bit of respect and praise. It’s just all around an amazing experience.Went to see my favorite masseuse, and I left feeling like I came back from a vacation. So excited for the new location of Rafaole! The interior is all new, clean, and spa-esque. The oversized tables are sturdy and amazing. I’m just not comfortable with the flimsy tables at some locations, being a bit oversized myself. The linens are clean and cover every inch of the table, including the face hole. Went on Sunday and had an AMAZING massage. The place is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Lisa was very good. She was mindful of sensitive areas & honed in on some serious stress knots. This was my first time but NOT my last, I am going again this weekend. The owner was very nice as well.

I had the most unbelievable massage yesterday with Nancy. It was one of my best massages. She addressed all my key areas and did so with the right amount of pressure I asked for. I will be going monthly for her treatments. Highly recommend this place. They offer early morning specials this holiday season. Enjoy!!

Everything about this experience was incredible! My masseuse was excellent. Deep tissue, with thai and hot stone mixed in. She did amazing, the vibe, comfort, and quality were exceptional. I’ve had massages in very expensive resorts that were not as good as these ones!!
