Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI always come to this barber shop and i dont know what it is but whenever I call they say they dont take appointments and when i go in i get asked if I have one and I say no and then when I hate to get called they always take in new customers that walk in if they speak spanish which is not fair if I have been waiting for 30 minutes already.
