This was my first time to this Barber Shop. I read the reviews it all was positive and I decided to give the place a try I called made an appointment it was a Sunday. The lady on the phone was very nice. When I came to get my haircut the person cutting my hair was very rude to me. I told him how I wanted it he told me to be quiet and let him do his job. I have never been treated this poorly by any barber or hair stylist used in my life. He made feel that he did need any new business. This happened in Mid October.

Critical: ValueI came in and asked for a beard trim ($15), the barber began to shave my face without me asking him to presumably to raise the price from $15 to $25. I should have said something when he started but I did not, when I got to the register I assumed he was going to charge me $25 because he shaved my face which I would have been fine with. He then told me it would be $40. When I questioned it he began to tell me he also snuck in a shape up for an additional $15 which I also did not ask for. Such a terrible and totally unprofessional salon.I took my 3 year old for a haircut and the barber was horrible with him.He should have told us at the beginning if they don’t do kids or have no expertise with small kids haircutting.My son was scared and crying the whole time.He just went about his business of somehow cutting my little one’s hair as they would with an adult,totally cold, careless( at one time I thought he just slipped his scissors on my baby!!).We told him to be careful and he just went on with his no care attitude till the end.My husband put him on his lap and sat on the chair so that we can finally get over this horrendous service and the barber just was rude saying him to get off so that he can take the baby seat out.What a pathetic fellow with zero manners and customer care! Finally gave a bill of $25(saying regular cut!!) when its says on their business site that the cut for 12 and under is $16.Guess they wanted a rip off during Covid-19 from unsuspecting parents like us.How obnoxious and totally fraudulent especially for their subpar service for small kids and the whole unfriendly and rude customer service.Please don’t take your little kids here, I guarantee you would be left feeling cheated,treated poorly and totally scared for your child’s well being.Absolutely disgusting service.I totally would give this place zero rating if I could. Never going back here.
