Critical: Professionalism, ValueI’ve been going here since they opened and never had any issues but this last trip cost them a long term customer… mrs. Rafaela im really disappointed on how you treated me and my hair completely disgusting. I went for a routine wash and set and on my way to rinse the deep conditioning out the middle sink had problems with the hot water it basically was only running freezing ice cold water and i told her its too cold i’ll wait for another sink to free up she allowed me to know that my hair was no good and on hair like mine she’s even gone as far as putting ice on peoples hair so the cold water is good for me. After a few minutes going back and forth I eventually told her im done the poor girl doing my hair kept apologizing cause she knew it was wrong.. she kept speaking Spanish the entire time saying “ she has no good hair” i know cool water is good for damaged hair but that water was freezing cold and for that i will NEVER return or recommend anyone else goService: HairstylingI’ve been going here since they opened and never had any issues but this last trip cost them a long term customer… mrs. Rafaela im really disappointed on how you treated me and my hair completely disgusting.
