The girl we used was the absolute sweetest and I loved talking to her!! However, my last dip powder was not taken off before the new dip powder was put on. My nails feel so thick and they are very lumpy. She didn’t file my nails down good and the edges were so sharp I kept cutting myself. I had to go somewhere else almost immediately and it took them almost 2 hours to get all this powder off and my nails were in horrible condition. I know she just started doing nails but we were charged full price and it just honestly felt like such a scam. I’m sure she is gonna be great once she has done it for awhile but we are very disappointed in what we got and will never be back. If I’m paying full price I want the best quality.
