Initially, one of the younger stylists gave me a very uneven cut. Then I had the owner cut it the past few times. Not pleased with her cuts either since the sides and front were noticeably uneven (I took photos and forwarded them.) I went to another salon to have it evened out since I was tired of wasting my time, having to drive back to Raelene’s to have the owner “fix” things. And, even then, not getting a truly precise cut. Expected a much better cut for $45.00. I would anticipate this had I gone to a salon and paid “20 something” dollars. Sad that my haircutter for the past 8 years moved out of state. But happy with the results achieved at the new salon.

Loved their customer service and etiquette professionalism. However, this salon is severely overpricing. I received partial highlights in two colors and was charged $225!! Was told over the phone when I made the appointment, the cost would be around $100. In addition, the hairdresser informed me that she didn’t charge me for the blow out.
