Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI think many of the negative reviews may stem from the independent hair stylist system they use. But I got a haircut, shampoo, and my hair styled for the day. I wasn’t completely sure what to get when I came in, and Kris my stylist helped guide me to a really good look I was happy with. The place itself felt very clean and upscale, and the moment I walked in Kris was ready for me at the front desk waiting. I think many of the negative reviews may stem from the independent hair stylist system they use. But I got a haircut, shampoo, and my hair styled for the day. I wasn’t completely sure what to get when I came in, and Kris my stylist helped guide me to a really good look I was happy with. The place itself felt very clean and upscale, and the moment I walked in Kris was ready for me at the front desk waiting. I would say if you seek out the person best fit for you, this will be a very good experience and I would say ignore the negative reviews until then.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy 15 yr old daughter got her hair color done by Monica Huang at this salon. She said she charges by hour and quoted 3-4 hours initially, but it ended up taking more than 5 hours, costing me close to $500.00. Regardless, my daughter was not happy with how it came out since it was not what she expected. I understand there could be miscommunication, however, Monica insisted that she was right, and was very rude at my daughter’s request to fix it. I was not there in the conversation due to covid, but I had a feeling that she’s totally exploiting minor’s vulnerability. I couldn’t see any effort that Monica was trying be empathetic with my daughter and make it better for her. She said she charges by hour and quoted 3-4 hours initially, but it ended up taking more than 5 hours, costing me close to $500.00. Every stylist I’ve had interactions with have all been friendly and seem to love where they work. Since reopening during this pandemic they’ve taken precautions and safety to an incredible degree. They clearly take their clients comfort and health seriously. I highly recommend this salon to any one who asks, well worth the price. Such a lovely atmosphere with equally lovely people. I’ve been going to Taylor for years and her skills and knowledge are unmatched. Every stylist I’ve had interactions with have all been friendly and seem to love where they work. Since reopening during this pandemic they’ve taken precautions and safety to an incredible degree.
