My service was a Brazilian on 12/17 The 2 stars are for customer service and cleanliness. I have been getting Brazilian waxes for over 3.5 years This wax was in my top 3 worst waxes. I was left with several patches of hair that were not removed. These patches were left from a millimeter to a quarter of an inch long and simply ripped. It is way too many hairs to tweeze and I can’t self tweeze due to injury.

Tons of wax got in my hair. She barely waxed my brows at all, they almost look the same as before. Super unfriendly. Very expensive and a 20% minimum on tips if using card. Just go to European Wax Center instead. Waxing
