The staff was super nice and helpful! The place was very clean and sanitary. The staff washed their hands every time and used gloves. This was my first time ever getting waxed and my waxologist walked me through everything. She made me feel very calm. She was very thorough in removing all the hair. She applied lotion afterwards and was mindful of my skin. She gave me two small packets of lotion to use at home as well because she noticed I was still red and sensitive. Would 100% recommend!!!

I had an appointment but as it turns out that was not necessary. The small LGBT flag decal on the front window was a nice touch – letting women in transition know they will be treated with respect.

Super cute place! Have never been. Came in to do underarms for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. Chyna explained everything she was doing and what was recommended for next booking.
