I had a new waxed today. While she was nice, this was a horrible experience. It was extremely painful because not only did she continue to wax the same spot over and over, she got wax on her glove and it kept getting stuck to my skin. I had to ask her to change her gloves. I wasn’t even asked when the appointment started if I liked/wanted pressure or anything. Again, while she was nice and comped 50%, this experience honestly turned me off from ever wanting to wax again.
