Madison is the best! I started getting my eyebrows waxed for the first time and initially found her based on reviews. I was not disappointed!! I love them…and today tried a Brazilian wax for the first time. I was really scared but tried because I trust her. She made me feel confident and I couldn’t believe how much easier it was than I thought because of the way she did it. I’ve followed her from another salon. Lunchbox don’t let that one go because I would follow her again! Can’t say enough good things…I feel very lucky to have found her!

I had an appointment scheduled, I came in as a first time customer. They had all these forms for me to fill out. Told me they had to be filled out before I d be seen But now it was over my appointment time. I said I couldn’t reschedule right then and there because I had to check with my work schedule. They cancelled my services and when I got back to my car, my card was charged $56.00 for services. I never read or signed at paperwork. And wasn’t aware of their policy and practices until right then and there.
