By far one of the worse decisions I’ve made, was to sign up with this company. Definitely not what I expected from sign up to the bs it is to cancel. They are a joke! Lack of communication and I’m disappointed in myself for believing the paperwork and process they have you sign was fair. Red Flag was not offering a copy for your records! I will not recommend Radiant Tan to anyone who works hard and struggles. I had no business signing up for anyway!!

I’ve been tanning here for years and have always had great service! Tanning beds are clean, price is right, there’s no wait, and the employees have always been super helpful-especially Alexis. No matter how long it’s been since my last visit, she still remembers my name and what I like. A year ago I lost my engagement ring, and they went above and beyond to help find and return it. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Do not give this tanning salon your business!! They definitely do not take pride in cleanliness. As soon as you get in the beds and start them up you can see all the sweat and smeared lotion from the last person that tanned. The locks on 90% of their doors are broken so either you can’t lock them or you will get stuck in the rooms and have to call the front so they can come let you out. The customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!! They refuse to refund you and when you ask to speak with a manager they say that it is against their policy and that you must send an email. Then, when you send an email, nobody responds. This business is an absolute joke, please do not waste your time or money here. Pick a different salon!

I’ve been tanning at Radiant Tan-Festus for about 5 years now. The staff, Alexis, Hannah, and Jonna are always incredibly helpful, kind, respectful, and informational. I used to tan at Palm Beach Tan but their staff was arrogant and their beds were dirty. At Radiant Tan, the beds and front counter are always clean and organized. I will only ever recommend Radiant Tan to anyone who is wanting to get some color on their skin 🙂
