The staff are rude, greedy, irrational, and cannot perform a simple gel polish. If you want to pay for poor work visit this salon if not there are literally hundreds of salons within 5 miles of this place.

Poor customer service and bad nails. Rude owner that does a rushed job. My nails ALWAYS chipped within a few days. Going there was not a relaxing experience. The owner would frequently ask for favors during my appointments (examples: answer the phone, give customer directions, set up new iPhone, give his daughter a Covid test) and staff children are always running around. The owner even left in the middle of my scheduled appointment to pick up his kids from school.

So I LOVE RADIANT NAILS!!! I have been going there for over a year on a regular basis. Kelly is an amazing technician, owner and person!!! She gives the best pedicures ever!!!!!!!!!! I am addicted to her powder dip manicures as well!!! I always get the appointments I need and they are always ready when I walk in. I really enjoy my experience there. Hope to go today !!!

To each their own but I will never ever go back to this place. After 2 attempts they still couldn’t get it right. I only went there because 1 they was open late and 2 they had 4 stars. Maybe I should’ve read reviews. I asked for a full dip set. The male that done nails made a mistake with color in which I told him after 1st coat it was wrong color. He kept insisting 1 more coat after final coat he then see it was not the color I choose. He go on to say it was a mix up with company, they sent wrong color in wrong box. He did offer to soak off and redo. I told him that was not a option for me. I had already been there 1 1/2 hours and I live 45 mins away. Only other fix he stated was to paint gel polish over dip nails. I agreed. But when I got home took a closer look my nails where poorly done. After 2 days they started to lift and break. Polish is chipping off. I return on Sat. Explain how unacceptable this is. A lady offer to only do the 2 nails that broke. Never mind the others that’s lifting. She does dip polish when I explained to her color mix up what he did to fix and what brought me back. She stated to me she had to charge me to do gel polish since I got dip nails. At that point we where done!! I left with mix match nails sizes shapes and color. I wish I could get a refund so I can go get my nails done correctly.

I initially wanted to try this establishment because it is in walking distance from where I reside. Approximately 1 month ago I went there for a manicure and eyelash extensions. The manicure was just alright, nothing special. The tech didn’t speak English so no interaction whatsoever. The owner actually performed the eyelash extension and I thought I was going to walk out of there BLIND! She admitted that she changed the glue…I have absolutely no idea what it was, however, I’m almost certain that it was NOT for eyelashes! She continuously got the glue in my eyes, it burned so bad she had to get a small handheld fan….I mean really????! Several times my actual eye lids were glued….totally unprofessional and it’s obvious that either she did not know what she was doing, out of practice, or maybe just having a bad day, all at my expense! There was no true apology, no discount, no nothing and the service was simply awful, and beyond painful.

Critical: Quality, ValueI had high hopes for this visit and it wasn’t good. I got a gel manicure and although she took her time, they aren’t good. The gel is on the skin and messy. I’m not expecting them to last the full 2 weeks because once my nails start growing the gel is probably going to peel up. My girlfriend got a manicure as well, hers look great but she was finished in 10 minutes or less and didn’t get the full manicure treatment we both paid for. I had high hopes for this visit and it wasn’t good. I got a gel manicure and although she took her time, they aren’t good. The gel is on the skin and messy. I’m not expecting them to last the full 2 weeks because once my nails start growing the gel is probably going to peel up. The dip manicure was poorly done, feels scratchy and the sides of the nail were missed until I mentioned fixing it. It was not very detailed at all. Ambience was also lacking, as there were two small children watching YouTube videos with volume on high. That is not professional and not a relaxing experience that we come for. I will not return and will stick to my main salon of Haus of Nails. I merely went to try this salon for close proximity. For it being a newer salon, I was unimpressed with both quality and ambience. The dip manicure was poorly done, feels scratchy and the sides of the nail were missed until I mentioned fixing it. It was not very detailed at all. Ambience was also lacking, as there were two small children watching YouTube videos with volume on high. Three days after getting my nails done, five have broken completely off. This never happens and I have not at all been rough with them. Although the nails looked nice, they were too thin and now I’m having to get them done completely over after just three days.
