These reviews seemed good when I scheduled my children their appointments… So I called and asked to be booked with the “most skilled stylists” when I got there I was told the stylists was very busy and if I minded someone else cut my daughters hair… I was very hesitant but I felt bad cause she kept saying how busy my scheduled stylists was, so I said sure… My daughter asked for very heavy layers and face framing. Also to cut a good 4-5 inches or so off. Well she didn’t get any layers, no face frame, it looked more like a trim…. not to mention a VERY uneven/choppy one at that. I had to fix my daughters hair myself as she had her first day of school the very next day…

A disgusting experience !! So, let’s talk about my unsuccessful visit to the Radiant Hair Studio. I came there to dye and cut my hair. Firstly, they did not even greet me and came to me after some time. After that I waited. Then we figured out how to paint me and cut it for another 40 minutes. After that, they started to paint very slowly. I was offered olaplex, which is used for painting so that the hair remains healthy, but my hair looks dry and lifeless. After another two hours I had a little over half of my head painted. And when I started to panic, another girl came to the rescue and they finished my painting only 45 minutes later. As a result, I spent almost four hours of my precious time on poor-quality painting and remained without a haircut.
